What is QueueFree?
In most hospitals, patient queues are not transparent. Patients don’t know when their turn will come, leading to long waits, overcrowding, and repeated interruptions to staff, which affects both patient experience and doctor workflow. QueueFree solves this by providing a real-time queue system where patients can see their live position and estimated waiting time, helping hospitals manage OPD flow more efficiently.
