What is Grounded?
Grounded is a screen time app for Android that puts you in control. Three blocking modes (on-demand, daily budget, frequency cap), automatic schedules, and a task reward system where kids earn screen time back by completing parent-approved chores. Built for adults who want real limits on their own habits, and parents who want a calmer system with their kids.
